The Appreciation Society is back for it’s 3rd season of unique music performances held at the Irish Folk Music school in Glenisland, Castlebar, Co Mayo.
Each month our music teachers will present their favourite songs of their favourite recording artists in their own style with a variety of traditional instruments.
The seminal album A Woman’s Heart is the theme on Saturday October 28th.
Few Irish households do not have a copy of this platinum selling album that has meant so much to the Irish public for over 30 years.
Our music teachers will perform the most iconic songs from the album as well as other select recordings from the contributors to the original album and it’s sequel.
