Full day tour

For the very keen visitor, this tour will take in many different elements of Dublin life from the medieval city surrounding Dublin Castle to the bustling Temple Bar district.

Visit Saint Patrick’s Cathedral, and see where Ireland’s patron saint baptised the first Christians over 1,500 years ago, and Christchurch Cathedral, where some of the old city walls still remain.

Learn about the events that shaped the nation in 1916, greet Ireland’s heroes on O’Connell Street, see the contrasting fortunes of the city and its people in what remains of Georgian Dublin and the magnificent architecture of the time on display along the river.

Meat and greet Dublin’s famous writers like James Joyce and Oscar Wilde, take in the beautiful parks of Merrion Square and Saint Stephen’s Green with colourful flower beds, ornate fountains, majestic swans on the lake and centuries of history too.

There is a coffee stop in the morning and a 1 hour break for lunch.

You’ll also have the chance to pop into a few of Dublin’s most interesting and attractive Victorian era pubs, and learn all about Guinness (our favourite subject).
